VO Engineering Inc. was formed with the mission of providing high quality geotechnical engineering services with a focus on our clients’ technical and regulatory needs while developing effective and innovative solutions. VO Engineering Inc. was founded by a registered geotechnical engineer with a diverse and proven track record in Southern California and the Pacific Rim regions. Having served as vice president of leading geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firms in Southern California, Mr. Olin has vast project experience with respect to the type of construction, subsurface conditions, and governing agencies.

VO Engineering Inc. offers geotechnical engineering services for power transmission and substation facilities, public schools and community colleges, universities, cities, water districts, and commercial developments. VO Engineering Inc. also has extensive experience in the forensic geotechnical engineering and construction defect marketplace. VO Engineering Inc. works closely with Trinity Geotechnical Engineering (TGE), a certified DBE company.
